Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Circulic platform operated by Circulic Inc. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Circulic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Circulic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; interfere with or disrupt the service or servers; scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without our written consent; or violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By posting content, you grant Circulic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service. Circulic and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the platform.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through Settings or by contacting support. Circulic may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data export is available for 30 days following account closure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circulic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Circulic in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
